Tree of Life

After taking workshops this winter with Holly Dean, see this post, I started this mixed-media. My first intention was to make a sea scene. I engraved a fish, pressed sea shell stamps in modelling paste on the background, added layers of colours....And the theme changed... I was no longer creating a sea scene....So much fun experimenting!

    woh what a theme change!! Thats the fun of mixed media I guess. I see that a lot on the youtube movies. Love the little birdies :)
