Using the technique from this BOOK, I made some fabric paper for a project for Valentine's day.
I finished the background after many layers of acrylic ink and fluid acrylic. I still have to add some stitching and place the heart shapes on it.

Light carving project

Here is the finished project I started last week using joint compound (See this POST). This is a fun technique. I'm pleased with the result and plan to do more!

Magazine and books...

The new CPS(Cloth Paper Scissor) magazine has arrived. What an abundance of techniques to try!
I started with technique # 10, shallow carving using joint compound. I can not wait to see the result!

More than a colouring book. Children learn about the artist and his/her life and are encouraged to try the artist's style

          


An inspiring true story about the life of Henri Rousseau. Beautiful story, fantastic illustration in the style of the artist. (My favourite artist).

I read all the reviews on Amazon.ca and could not wait to receive the book. I was not disappointed.
