Art Classes starting 

the week of September 14, 2015

for children age 7 and up

Bilingual program

Monday from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm 

PROGRAM theme: “Frida Kahlo, Diego Rivera and Mexican Art ”

Students will learned about Mexican art and culture. They will be introduced to the art by Frida Kahlo, Diego Rivera and other artists .

Projects

· Students will create artwork in the style of each artist they studied.

· Students will make a “nicho” (3D shadow box) based on Mexican celebration of the Day of the Dead
